Why can't I withdraw affiliate commission or convert it to account credit?

Affiliate commission can be withdrawn or converted to account credit only after the withdrawal requirements are met.

The Affiliate page requires at least three paid referrals from active products that are older than 90 days and were created within the last 12 months.

To review your status:

1. Sign in to the Account Panel and open Affiliate.
2. Review My Referrals, Pending Commission, and Current Commission.
3. Open Withdraw after the required referrals and available commission are shown.

If the Withdraw page says the account is not yet eligible, confirm that the referrals are paid, active, older than 90 days, and within the required 12-month period.
