We know more and more customers are moving websites from other hosting to SharkASP.NET. Due to the process is hard for some customers in the past. We provide Migration service here.
How to order it?
Go to account > Add-Ons > migration > Buy.
How to use it?
You just need to order the add-on product "Migration". Then submit a ticket from account > helpdesk. We need you to provide the following information:
- The account login or Cpanel access to your old hosting.
- The FTP sign in to get your files
- Specific which website or domain need us to migration
What is the cost?
- It is a one time service with charge of $49.95 per site. Once website was migrated and set up fine, there will be no refund for such add-on.
