Where to find root FTP login information

1. Open FTP in the Hosting Control Panel.
2. Locate the root FTP account.
3. Copy the displayed server hostname, username, port, and root directory into the FTP client.

The root FTP password is normally the primary Hosting Control Panel password. Reset that password if it is not known.
