Where to find website FTP login information

1. Open Websites in the Hosting Control Panel.
2. Locate the website and open its management actions.
3. Select FTP Access.
4. Copy the displayed server hostname, username, port, and root path into the FTP client.

Use the password assigned to that FTP user. Passwords are not displayed and must be reset if they are unknown.
